Application

This is one of the most flexible scholarships you can apply for. There are very few "requirements." The purpose of this is to allow you to include the things that make you a unique candidate. Not everyone fits into the same mold, so include the information that highlights what you excel at.

The other purpose of making it flexible is that we don't want to waste your time. Students have a lot going on with academics, extracurricular activities, and home life. I don't see any purpose in requiring you to answer specific essay prompts that would only apply to this scholarship. If you have already applied to other scholarships, you will already have many of these items making this application very easy.

There is no limit to the number of pages or what you can include. Email any documents you want to be included with your application.

Tips

  • Send in some additional items. Quite a few students only fill out the form. These applications have virtually zero chance of being selected.

  • Additional items can be sent up to the deadline. If you get another letter of recommendation, get accepted to another university, or complete a cool project and want to include it, send it in.

  • Supporting documents don't need to be scanned. Many people take pictures with their phones. Please make sure they are quality photos and not blurry.

  • The GPA field on the form says “4.0 Scale.” Any number above 4.0 is not possible.
